1. Reservations All reservations made through our
website are subject to availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, a booking reference number will be
provided, and a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the booking type.
2. Payment
and Cancellation Payment for reservations is due at the time of booking or upon check-in, as specified
by the booking method. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before
your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a
cancellation fee.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out
time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be considered based on availability, and additional
fees may apply.
4. Hotel Policies
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the
hotel.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, unless specifically noted as a pet-friendly
room.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

Liability ComfortStay Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal
property while on the premises. We recommend guests use the provided safes in the rooms for
valuables.
6. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
